Here are a few "pointers" to bare in mind when booking The Alabama Brothers:

DISCLAIMER (read carefully):The Alabama Brothers are two actual, blood, same mother and father, been together 26 years, court binding, real BROTHERS. They sing Blues music and choose of their own free will in this great nation to dress in beatnik, 50's style black suits and black hats to disguise themselves as business men from the rest of the world seeking to "harrass" musicians. ANY similarity to the below referenced "Blues Brothers" are strictly and purely coincidental.

1. ADVERTISING:
Unless otherwise agreed differently, the name of the band must appear on posters, ads, etc. without any changes! Appearances might be billed as:

THE ALABAMA BROTHERS
LIVE IN CONCERT

Other subtitles might be appropriate but must be cleared in advance with the representatives of the band. Anything, that might lead to a confusion with the "Blues Brothers" or "The Blues Brothers Band" is strictly forbidden!
("Blues Brothers" is a registered trademark of Daniel E. Aykroyd and Judith Jacklyn Pisano.) The band and their representatives will not be held responsible if the local promoter ignores this advice!

• 2 lead-vocals (1 with live harmonica)

For concerts, where the stage-size might be prohibitive, it is possible to perform without the backup-singers. But if possible, the band will prefer to appear with the complete line-up.

3. THE SHOW:
The length of the show is 120 minutes plus encores. It's possible to split the show into two sets (for special occasions). Other variations are also no problem, a three man show with the sax player is available to tracks, although the "standard"-show is definitely the best and most entertaining version.

During the show, synchronized dancing, gags and a whole lot of action will occur, the show is designed to appeal to all senses and ages of the audience.

4. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The Brothers can provide their own PA if required, unless flights are necessary or the venue is larger than average. The Brothers will provide their own backline equipment when not flying to a destination.
Usually the band is able to get-in, set-up and sound-check within 60 to 90 minutes, although this depends on the state of readiness of the P.A. Two roadies ("humpers") must be ready to help the band with the get-in/get-out.

If the band is flying, a complete backline is required! Specifications are within the technical-rider.

5. TRANSPORTATION:
Whenever possible, the band will be transported in a van and a bus. Where distances are prohibitive, The Brothers will undoubtedly fly. In such circumstances the local promoter is required to collect the band from the airport and transfer them to the hotel/venue/hotel and return them for their departure.
It's made conditional that the promoter will undertake transferring the band from venue (after soundcheck) to hotel and back at the time of performance.

6. ACCOMODATION:
Minimum 5, all rooms to be heated /air-conditioned (according to season) with shower/tub/bath, toilet, telephone, TV, etc. Full breakfast to be included with hotel accomodation. All the tour-party to stay in the same hotel.
All rooms Double Occupancy.

7. CATERING RIDER:
Cold cuts for the sound-check, 2-course hot meal for up to 14 people prior or post performance, cooled soft-drinks and sodas, beers, etc...

8. PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL:
Photographs, biographies, presskits, logos, CD's, etc. are no problem and will be provided in an appropriate number. VHS-videos are also available, and in a suitable quality for TV!
The two frontmen, Jamey and Justin, will undertake interviews Live at the venue or in advance via phone or online. (subject to an appointment being made)

9. FEES: All fees are to be net and free of any deductions for local or state taxes. The Brothers require a 50% deposit to be paid into their account at least 21 days before the event in order to secure the date. (longer if flights are necessary)
